Ayurvedic treatment
Ayurveda provides authentic treatment
and medicines for all kinds of chronic and lifestyle
disorders such as diabetes, arthritis, stress,
migraine, high blood pressure, skin diseases, asthma,
spondylitis, obesity and sexual disorders, among
others. Ayurvedic medicine is a traditional
medicine of the India and
is complementary
and alternative medicine, Ayurveda provides
in depth study of body working - five classical
elements -panchabhuta, and seven
tissues dhatu of
body and many other details of body.

Ayurveda believes in a balance of three elemental
substances Dosha -
Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Each human possesses a unique
combination of these doshas and that makes
temperament and characteristics of person. dosha
equality in body is health, and that imbalance
of dosha are proportionately diseased or unhealthy.
We have to consider physical and mental existence
together with personality as a unit, as each element
having the capacity to influence the others and
produce disease. Dinacharya is
most important in ayurveda and Dinacharya has
to be maintained in all the way. Hygienic should
be maintained - living involves regular bathing,
cleansing of teeth, skin care, eye washing, exercise,
regular breathing and many other things. this is
a central practice of ayurveda.

Ayurvedic treatment does not mean suppressing the
main symptoms or creating new side effects of the
main treatment. It is to remove the root cause
and give permanent relief. There are many medicinal
herbs and spices, which find place in our daily
uses, many of these, are used as herbal remedies.
Many cooked foods contain spices. Some minor ailments
like common cold, cough, etc. may be cured by herbal
remedies with use of medicinal properties of spices.
Therapeutical properties of medical plants are
very useful in healing various diseases and the

Ayurveda mainly use of plant-based
medicines and minerals, including sulphur, arsenic,
lead, copper
sulfate and gold. Various oils are also used
in a number of ways, including regular consumption
as a part of food, anointing, smearing, head
and body massage, Aurveda emphasis building
a healthy metabolic
system by attaining good digestion,
and proper excretion lead

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
stated that Ayurvedic drugs have been linked
to severe metal poisoning. Study found toxic
levels of heavy metals in 20 to 40percent of
ayurvedic preparations. Adverse reactions may
occur. Government of India has ruled that ayurvedic
products must specify their metallic content
directly on the labels of the product.

I personally Medicinal plants, herbs, spices and
